Investors In People
 Woodside first gained IIP status in October 2001. This award has been sustained since this date and confirmed through further inspection in 2003 when we received the Investors in People outstanding organisation award for the South West. Woodside continue to achieve IIP status and this was confirmed during our most recent inspection in September 2007 The report was full of positive regards for Woodside's work and performance as an organisation. The award represents the significant growth and achievement that Woodside has achieved over the last 9 years. Throughout the report Woodside was praised for its innovative work and the commitment and care that it provides for those who are associated with it. It also found clear evidence of staff having caseloads that allowed them to 'really support the wider interests, development and concerns of carers' who felt that 'from the outset it was clear that Woodside was the right agency for us to join'. The report also noted the staff's commitment and strong sense of involvement in the project. |
